Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.
How We Works
- For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
- For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
- Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.
Payment Method
- For IMPS Transactions: We will share Unique Account details for each of our guests during the time of confirmation in the mail.
- To pay online by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet Payment etc.: We will send you a separate payment link for each of our guests during confirmation. However, kindly note that a payment gateway charges of 2.21% will be applicable for each payment.

Payment Policy
For Domestic
Package (Within India):
All Trips starting 21 days prior to departure:
- 30% of the package cost or
INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 30% from the rest balance
amount just 7 days before your travel date.
- 40% of the package cost guests
have to pay on arrival at the respective destination in
Cash/IMPS Transfer only. However, if he or she wants
to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to
the departure date.
- The full amount is payable
at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100%
advance payment is required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight
Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
All Trips starting
within 21 days to departure:
- 60% of the package cost or
INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 40% of the package cost
guests have to pay on arrival at the respective
destination in Cash/IMPS Transfer only. However,
if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can
be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
- The full amount is payable
at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100%
advance payment is required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight
Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
For International
Package (Outside India):
- 50% of the package cost or
INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
- 50% of the package cost is
payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the
rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the
same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only
equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative.
Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency
exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
- The full amount is payable
at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100%
advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight
Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.
Important note for all Travelers whom
company Issued Credit Notes for their Travel Expenses from December'2019 to
June'2021 due to CAA/NRC Protests & Covid'19 Lock Down & Covid'19:
Only 35% of Credit Note will be allowed to use in their current trip and rest
balance in the subsequent future trips due to long halt in Travel
Businesses.
Cancellation Policy
We have added special cancelation or modification policy for all situations which are beyond our control like Pandemic Situations (e.g. Covid-19), Natural disaster, Political Disturbances. The same has been mentioned here separately.
Normal Cancelation Policy :- 21
days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as
Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings. However, as Per “Special
Note”* Mentioned Below will be followed strictly.
- 15
days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as
Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings. However, as Per “Special
Note”* Mentioned Below will be followed strictly.
- 10
days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as
Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings. However, as Per “Special
Note”* Mentioned Below will be followed strictly.
- 7 days prior
to departure: 100% of package cost will be applicable as Cancelation Penalty
for all bookings.
- In the case of
No Shows: No Refund
*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.
Special Cancellation / Guarantee Policy for Covid -19 Pandemic:
- If any travel destinations are getting closed due to Lock down/restrictions by Respective Local Authority/State Government/Particular Country for Covid -19 pandemic, then we will issue a Credit Note without any expiry date against the entire initial advance payment without any cancellation charges. The same credit note he or she may use in his / her next trip or may transfer to other person in his reference to use the same. The same credit can be used only on Holiday Packages for both Domestic or International destinations. This policy is applicable for only Covid-19 related restrictions raised by respective governments only as it's not in our control and applicable for Land Package only and travel shouldn't be started. It's not applicable for Flights, Buses, Trains, Visa or Insurances - since the respective supplier's cancellation policy may be applicable here.
- If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during or before travel due to Natural disasters, Political Disturbances, riots, or any other unforeseen calamities, then We will refund the amount if we receive from our suppliers. If we don't receive refund and respective suppliers will only issue credit notes to us, then We will also issue a Credit Note to guest which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations or other destinations.
- If the travelers get infected by Covid-19 and unable to travel, then we will reschedule his/her travel dates further or we may issue Credit Notes for the equivalent amount after deduction of any cancellation penalty (if applicable) levied by our suppliers, which he/she may use for future travel dates for the same destination or other destinations as per his/her convenience.
Note: All claims, disputes and litigation relating to online / offline booking through this website (www.holidayalong.com) or Company anywhere from India or abroad shall be subject to jurisdiction of Courts of Delhi only.
Important Note, Refund & Modification Policy
- For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 15 days prior to Departure Date.
- The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
- Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
- Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
- No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
- No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
- Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary on point to point basis only and will not be at disposal. ( AC will not work on hills )
- Any Services which are mentioned in Package Quotation (After Booking Confirmation) and can not be able to provided by company due to any unforeseen / Operational reason at Company Side, then it will be refunded the equivalent amount to the particular service/services which could not be able to provided.
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc.
